I am very much happy to share my positive feedback about bKash; mobile banking, the application & the overall system as well. I have registered my personal account since Brac launched its mobile banking service. There’s no doubt about the banking system, I simply love everything about it and also, the system got so much easier eventually. I actually wanted bKash to lunch Mobile Application so that I can manage my banking stuffs in more comfortable way. The application seems to be very user-friendly/ looks great, and also very much easier to operate. Thank you for providing the best service and hats off to all the hard working officials of bKash Ltd for making bKash look brand new with new theme and for adding self registration feature. **In addition, I would like to suggest that there should be an option for providing Passport as a document because I have registered my account through my passport as I didn’t get my NID or the Card Number. I have seen most of the people having issues while registering an account; using parents or relative’s NID which I completely do not support at all. All of ur features are good but not happy with ur account settings. Like i have two bkash accounts but i use only one smartphone...so I can’t use the two accounts at a time...it’s horrible...so u should focus on it and make the settings so that we can use two or more accounts in one smartphone....like at the starting we have to give our pin number above it there is showing account number...make the account number section editing system...so that we can give our other bkash account number n pin number..make sure this changes in ur next update.. thank you
