I ordered my medication because I am big fan of digital age. After ordering, it has been two weeks my order has been sitting as confirmed . After checking with them multiple times , they out of stock on the medication and all I hear is order is prioritized but nothing has happened . My advise to everyone , don’t waste your time , if this place cannot get their supply chain issue resolved then how they can customers happy . Truly deserve less than one star , no calls you to communicate about items out of stock and the customer has to find on their own why order is not shipped .

I am residing in Sharfabad/ bahadurabad karachi.I ordered a medicine and charged my card. After charging card and completing order I found firstly that my area is not in FAST whereas all adjoining areas are included in the list. Secondly, I was not prompted before payment that the medicine is out of stock or will be arranged from a third party and it will take 4/6 days to deliver. It was revealed only when I called the helpline. I had to cancel my order as it is not cloth or shoe, its medicine which is needed then and there. However it will take another 15 days for the amount charged on my credit card to get a reversal. Please upgrade your app/ order area so that the customer should know about out of stock items and delivery time before confirming order and making payments. Thanks

Ordered 3 days ago medicine and nobody acknowledged that my order was not confirmed while I received the message of confirmation then i again ordered and had to confirm that order by calling while I attached the prescription of my medicine but still 24 hours left i did not received my medicine, I broke my leg I couldn’t go to the medical store otherwise I would never order on this app and I discontinued my medication just because of this cheap service, Someone recommended me that this is best web online medical service so far but I really disappointed, even i paid the amount online but I never received my medicine 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
