The Agha Khan app is extremely disappointing and frustrating to use. A simple login process has been made unnecessarily complicated, making it difficult for users to access their own medical information. Despite multiple attempts, reports and records are often inaccessible, defeating the very purpose of having a patient portal. For a healthcare institution of this reputation, the app feels unprofessional, poorly designed, and far from user-friendly. Patients should not have to struggle with basic functions such as logging in or viewing test results. The developers and management need to seriously invest in fixing, redesigning, or completely renewing this application to provide the reliable digital service that patients deserve.

I needed my Covid results for travel, got the text message that results are ready so downloaded the app , created a profile and logged in I can see the report is available but trying to open it keep getting message cannot download report from server. Useless crap probably made by some sifarishi kid who does not know what he is doing. I guess I will have to take a cab and go pickup my results.

After giving blood sample for tests I installed this app, created profile and as sms from AKUH later in the evening asked me to check my reports online - there was no information. Message popped up that it cannot get info from server. Web portal said you cannot get even receive results through email. So it did not work for me. On Sunday they close at 14:30 hrs so will have to wait until Monday to go to lab physically and request them to give print outs of results. Totally useless and crap app at least for me. Would not recommend this for people who are used to check reports online like that of Shaukat Khadim Lab or even Chugtai Lab.
