You cast your show to your TV then no subtitles appears even though it shows on the phone. You log in from your laptop you enter your credentials then asks you to subscribe again. For some freakin reason system can't recognize your credentials than you already have prescription. You down loan the app on your smart Tv and you never have access and it can't connect. I love the content but always issues. Last week I was able to watch Orhan #5 with no issues and subtitles showed on my TV, Yesterday tried to watch # 6 no subtitles even though I can see them in my phone. I need to find another provider who shows Orhan so I don't need to deal with this anymore.

I like the app and media in it , I think it is the one that fit to my taste, but there is big performance issue: 1. Just like old lady that can’t move, very poor performance. Can’t move from tab to another sometimes, taking tremendous amount of time to show contents. 2. Sometimes pages of series not appears so i need to go back and come again 3. Episode size not reasonable i use another app with FHD quality i can watch more than 4 episodes in it with same quality less size than 1 in Noor. 4. I used to watch noor play in LG tv but now app crashed and I stuck with ur ios app which is not satisfying me. i think u need to work harder even more.
