Your back button, skip intro button, and exit button all don’t work i have to exit the app every time i wanna change the vid. Perhaps a quality upgrade is due for you content as it is all 720p for some reason in app and PC. An option to prevent auto trail playback would be nice. Forced landscape mode is so annoying. Quality option seems very important not cuz of you poor 5G coverage and speed which is terrible, but so we can limit bandwidth usage with ur unreasonable plans prices. Do not force best just cuz internet speed is capable of playing best cuz that will consume so much data even if all your content is HEVC. And no i will not contact you to fix those issues, this should be your customers feedback hub and all issues written here should be taken seriously and into considerations and passed to the developers, stop making it hard for customers to reach you all the time everywhere. The user interface and the logic of this app is terrible. I don’t think anyone from this company used and tested the app. You would think STC would actually spend money and test this app but no unfortunately. 1. Sign up and buying a subscription is so painful I tried using 2 phone number and 2 emails and still can’t sign up 2. The error message say nothing other than something went wrong 3. When you try to upgrade a subscription they tell you can’t because you already have lite version due to you postpaid STC line. I want to upgrade and I only have 1 phone number. 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻. I am offering you more money but no you must use another phone number. 4. I actually finally signed up with email and paid the premium and still the channels don’t work and they tell me yes we charged you but have you received a confirmation email 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻terrible app, terrible logic and the worst customer service.
