No matter what they will tell you in their response of how they will take care of your problem it is just a PR move. They will Never do anything as long as you have them your credentials in signing up. It is a failing streaming service that Make it’s money from scamming you and many others and actually giving you nothing, even if it works their catalogue is poor and limited that why they make it so hard for you to just cancel and keep charging you until you cancel your credit card and kick them out of your payment system.

I rarely leave reviews, but this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an app. I subscribed and was immediately charged the full subscription fee—but the app doesn’t work at all. It crashes constantly, features don’t load, and it’s basically unusable. To make matters worse, I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and received no response whatsoever. No acknowledgment, no help, nothing. It feels like they’re just taking people’s money and disappearing. This is unacceptable for a paid service. I strongly advise others to stay away until they fix these issues and start treating their customers with basic respect. I want a refund and some accountability!
