I am new to this banking and I have had a few issues in the process but it has been a great experience for me to learn about banking from the people in the business and I have had great experiences with the associates who have helped me through my experience with one Detroit and I can’t wait to be able to get with the savings department to help me get out of debt and help me with financial assistance in buying a new car. The management is great. They always listen to me and in business sometimes you gotta listen to the customer.

One Detroit CU is great except you can’t use it with Zelle and they do not have the tap feature on their debit cards. Other than that I love my CU.
