The app is fine, but it must improve on some services and amenities, like for example it should let me add my membership card to my Apple Wallet app on my iPhone or IOS device.
Priority Pass for a comparison, allows to add their membership card to Wallet app on my iPhone, which make it’s easier to find when need it.
I hope that visa adds this function to the App. It will make it really convenient.

I wish i could submit a minus 10 stars rating.
Simply registering your card is such a pain. Why would you instantly hide the name of the user and the number of the card?? And why would you not allow pasting the card number? And if you enter 8 digits, switch to the banking app and return, your typing progress is gone! So you have to memorize all 16 digits being tired after your flight. This is just insane. And on top of that: no integration with passwords app! It is as if the developers wanted to really make the user miserable instead of allowing them to enjoy their lounge visit.

VAC logs me out after a few minutes, and I need to login over and over again almost every time I open the app. This is really ANNOYING from the user experience. Modern (and secure) applications use a configurable token expiration time, so it makes NO SENSE logging out from the app.
