Add existing bookings? Check in? How?!
The new app is missing basic usability. I have two flight reservations linked to my smiles account. They do not show when opening the app. Searching for “my flights” comes up empty. I can only book new flights. So, check in is also not possible. I am sure the function to add an existing booking is hidden somewhere, but after ten minutes of searching to no avail, I give up and call this new app unhelpful.
