Maphi - The Math App

This app is one of the few apps that has made me want to write a review. I find this app beautiful, it is one of the ideas that ive had myself to create an app like this, however I couldnt ever possibly make it as good as this. Makes me think of how I could show this to my friends struggling with derivatives and even my younger siblings advancing in math! Instantly paid the 9ish bucks option to have the full version :) I’m so happy that I found this app, even as an undergraduate it is very helpful to sharpen my skills and see it more visually. While I’m lucky to have discovered this app after updates have brought trig functions to it. I still long for it to have more trig functions such as csc, sec, cot and maybe even arc sin, arc cos, arc tan, etc. soon! Thank you for making this app!

I’ve been using the free version for a few weeks once or twice a day, it’s extremely well made and makes learning fun in a way! My main gripe I’d say is it definitely needs more Trigonometry (I understand this is a newer app so eventually I’m sure it’ll be added) and for an easy way to revisit sections for practice. It would be cool to see a mode where you can practice randomly generated formulas under a time limit, let’s say you have 10 seconds to solve a problem and solving it gives you +8 more seconds on top of what you have left over, and you keep solving until you run out of time. Would be great for practice and help reinforce how well the material is understood.

Thanks to this app my six-year-old is differentiating composite functions with the chain rule. He had already finished dragon box algebra 12+ several times so he has enjoyed moving to more advanced math with this app.
