To the Saint Luke’s on the Plaza Administration and Care Team, I am writing to formally commend the incredible medical staff and security personnel who cared for me during my emergency room visit yesterday morning, Sunday, August 2nd, around 8:00 AM to 12:30pm this may not be the exact time but it was around those hours. Every single interaction I had was overwhelmingly positive, and pleasant. While I was unable to get everyone's name, I want to give a play-by-play acknowledgment of the exceptional staff members on duty: * The Security Guard: Provided a welcoming and safe entry through security. * The First Intake Clerk: The kind woman who greeted and checked me in at the front desk. * The Second Intake Clerk: The polite young man who completed my check-in process. * The CT Scan Technologist: The wonderful young lady who shares my exact birthday and made the scan seamless. * The Transporter: The helpful young man who safely took me to my room after my CT scan. * My Nurse, Orrin: An awesome nurse who provided outstanding care. * My ER Physician, Dr. Tanner Roscoe: The best emergency room doctor I have ever encountered. I was especially comforted by the honesty and consistency of my care. Both Nurse Orrin and Dr. Roscoe independently explained the exact same details regarding my tests and medications without even being in the room together. This alignment gave me immense peace of mind. Their collective kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I’ve been ill since Nov- Dec and I have multiple hospitals turn me down for care to stay in patient for my symptoms, but Saint Luke’s had a heart and didn’t deny me service like the rest did and for that I am forever grateful to them because I was really sick and not keeping meds or anything down I was really miserable I wanted to give up on everything, cause I was so sick. But once I got in patient it was like my problems were solved all the care staff and including the housekeeping staff were extremely nice to me and caring that made my visit special and worth my while staying because I was depressed and scared upon the past hospital experiences I had at other hospitals. I would recommend Saint Luke’s Hospital anytime! Thank you saintlukes for not giving up on me

We found ourselves wanting confident, caring and more convenient healthcare givers and after doing a bit of research decided to put our healthcare needs in the hands of St. Luke’s. This was about 20 years ago and have never regretted the decision to do so. Their facilities are top notch, with up to-date technology along with highly trained and qualified staff. Their doctors, nurses, technicians etc. provide prompt and supportive healthcare needs, and their patient portal is easy to use with access to our recent medical file so we are kept up to-date in real time with any test results. If we have any questions we have instant access thru the portal to our healthcare staff and can communicate with them or set up appointments using the portal. In addition they have multiple locations throughout the metropolitan area providing additional options should we have a scheduling conflict. We are able to renew prescriptions thru the portal. I probably sound like a broken record talking about the portal but it can be used anytime day or night. I always remember I need to call the doctor or make an appointment or get a medication renewed usually around 10 o’clock at night. I no longer have to wait until tomorrow to get all of this done and I get it done at my leisure and without playing phone tag! I forgot to mention the tech nerds! We never see them and hardly ever think about them but they are the best!!!⭐️
