I had used this app for the first time 2 days ago and this is definitely my Go To App for further medical consultations. The doctor was very professional and the service very affordable. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who have a medical condition and need immediate consultation without waiting for hours in the hospital especially in the COVID situation when visiting the hospital should be the last option to prevent ourselves from Corona. I have used tata health three times and my experience was great all the three times. Going to the doctor in the night is very difficult. During such time tata health has been very helpful and I could consult the doctor through their instant chat option and I was able to convey the problem properly. Doctors are very helpful and they probe your symptoms thoroughly before prescribing the medicine . This service is very helpful especially during pandemic lockdown as it saves you from going to the hospital unless absolutely required. This will also save us from taking self medication. Tata health you are doing a great service to the society. Kudos to the entire team .

In these difficult time’s TATA health services is doing a such amazing job by providing free doctor consultations which is giving life to many . People are not covid positive and have normal flu symptoms get rid Of their anxiety by having doctors handy. Gov is so stupid that any one with flu like symptoms will be asked to visit GOV hospitals where the patients who are not covid positive are prone to get in contact and fall sick . So when consultations are done online this prevents us from going to hospitals loaded with positive patients .the spread can be stopped if covid tests can be done at home . Bangalore still does not have the facility to collect samples from home .
