My Aveda

I absolutely love Aveda hair care products. Since I started them a year ago I have noticed a total transformation of my hair. They not only smell amazing, they truly make your healthy and look great. The rewards program is like the cherry on top. It is awesome being able to get rewarded for being a customer and earning points I can then use for full size products.

The app gives an error message cannot connect to server on occasion. Lately it started doing it every time I tried to open the app. I deleted the app and downloaded it again which seems to have fixed the issue for now. Additionally, I’d forgotten my password and had the system email me one - well those email never came. I haven’t changed my email address in 20 years so the site is broken it seems. (And yes I checked my spam folder.) furthermore the process to redeem the Lakeside Hotel stay is ridiculous. You have to call the hotel in the UK, and see if they have room … even four months in advance that’s not likely. But they have plenty of rooms available. Just not for AVEDA guests. Lol. What’s the point of offering this level of award if you can’t use it when you’d like? My loyalty to AVEDA is over.

I’ve been trying to use this app for a couple of weeks now. Every time I open it, I get an “Errors” message, saying “Could not connect to server, please check your network connection”. I know it is not my network, because I have no issues with anything else & I’ve tried on several different networks to no avail. I have also tried deleting the app & downloading it several times. I would love to be able to use this app, as I’ve been an Aveda loyalist & Pure Privilege member for 20+ years, but never know my status or points when at the salon. I’m finally getting around to adding the app to my phone, & have seen many fantastic reviews. Please fix this app!!
