The new app is absolutely useless and has several bugs and shortcomings. To start with, users have to enter credentials every time they launch the app!!!!! When you launch the app it doesn’t auto authenticate you so you have to manually enter your User Name and Password!!! The appointments are SO limited on the app but if you call the location branch directly you will be offered number of open time slots! There are no phone numbers listed for branch locations so while the app asks to call the branch directly to book an appointment if there are no open slots, you have to Google the branch’s phone number!!! The steps to select Add Ons doesn’t prompts automatically to the next step unless you manually tab on Skip or Next, I guess the intention is to push for cross selling services. Overall it falls short on the most basic features. At least fix the authentication and authorization so I don’t have tab in my User Name and Pass every time I launch the app!

I’ve been going to DryBar since the first one opened in Brentwood. 5 stars+ for the actual company 1- negative 5 stars for the app and all tech associated with it. I rarely write app reviews, but this one’s so bad. I hope corporate reads it. I have a double barfly membership and I always have issues booking through the app. I was even traveling out of state and same thing issues with the app not only that when I tried to search online it would reroute me to a further DryBar than the closest and one I wanted to go to…. Because I was out of state I wasn’t quite sure what was right and almost ended up at the wrong one… only mentioning because that particular shop said it happens a lot! seems to me that’s also part of their IT department following up on complaints and making things populate correctly

I'm a loyal Dry Bar customer & literally come in at least once a week. As a single mom to a very happy baby and a wannabe "Elle Woods," I'm long on pride but short on time so Dry Bar is perfect: I can do my hair "once" a week AND check emails, write briefs, answer calls ..... play sudoku in the sanctity of a few "free minutes." However, because of my ever changing schedule, sometimes I book an appointment with the best intentions of arriving on time, but life is hectic and I often need to change my time at the last minute. However, if this "decision to change" falls outs the 2 hour cancellation policy than you can't change via the app but instead, must call that annoying outsourcing system you call a help desk... AWW ! Please change the app so that we can make changes directly. Thank you, Busy Mom Who Hates Talking on the Phone
