I would have previously gave this a 5⭐️ review. When I want to look through the products I can’t. I have to type a product in the search. This REALLY bummed me out when the Sunscreen line came out because I missed some of the products as I couldn’t see the NEW stuff. The app is no longer the easy way. In fact I help many of my team when placing their orders to be able to get the most out of their money and points. This has got to change sooner rather than later. I hope this can go back to the old way. Bug fixes should not get rid of valuable pieces. Please fix as soon as possible otherwise the app is non-functional and ends up being no usable.

Every month it seems the app updates are getting worse and worse, not sure if this for only Apple users but I feel like I’m in the stone age with all these horrible updates. They got rid of all the buttons to go shopping with, you have to type in for skin care, hair care, new products, products on sale it’s so not user friendly especially if you don’t know what your looking for and want to look around it ain’t possible. And now this latest update doesn’t allow you to pay with account credit, ever since my checks haven’t been getting sent to me I’ve been just using my account credit to get my products, just went to check out and at the top of the screen there is a toggle to let you use your account credit on and off before it was a button under the payment card that you would check. Any who I toggled the new switch on went to check out and it’s still not using my account credit 🤔. If they don’t get this app fixed, it will be the push I need to get off I’ve been with doTERRA for 13 long years and this is disappointing to say the least.

Terrible app if you want t actually shop. Not sure what happened to the review I wrote a month ago. Maybe they didn’t like it and deleted it??? Anyway, it’s impossible to find anything. It isn’t well organized or categorized. There was a time too (a few months back) when a video ad popped up repeatedly while trying to search for products. Highly irritating. That seems to happen less frequently now. I don’t find it easy to know what new products are available. Products that I may be interested in trying. Truthfully, for the price we all pay for the products (I place an order monthly) I feel like some of that should be used to improve your app. Please helps us ALL out and improve the shopping experience. That’s one way to show us that you appreciate our business.
