I love the diet but this is a PAINFULLY SLOW app. Like many others pointed out - this is unacceptable. Plus when the payment fails, you have to make the whole order again - easily 20 mins wasted. Adding one star for a nice UI design but really I hate using it because it's so SLOW
Kindly add English language, seems to me funny that an app literally called with an english phrasing isn’t available in the english language, one of your biggest competitors already has it in their app. Again comparing to one of your competitors, there I can add different “Diets” with a custom name to recognize the food/diet and get them ordered to the same delivery address and pay once the delivery fees, here I gotta create a sub-account in the app to be able to differentiate different diets arriving to the same address and have to pay twice the delivery fees for the same address… If I order for my family I need to able to pay once the delivery and put a name on each bag to distinguish which diet belongs to each family member. Other than that NTFY is great, just catch up on these two features as competitors already have implemented them :)
Recently, my experience with NiceToFitYou has been disappointing on multiple fronts. Firstly, the quality of the meals I receive has noticeably declined. What used to be delicious and fresh now often arrives overcooked or lacking flavor. This is not what I expect from a premium food delivery service. Secondly, damaged packages have become all too frequent. Whether it's crushed boxes, spilled items, or missing components, the care taken in packaging and handling deliveries seems to be lacking. Adding to the frustration, attempting to contact [Food Delivery App Name]'s customer support for help with these issues has often gone unanswered or received delayed responses. This lack of communication leaves customers feeling unheard and unsupported. In summary, the decreasing food quality, frequent package damage, and unresponsive customer support make NiceToFitYou a less appealing option for food delivery. Improvement in these areas is essential to enhance the overall user experience.
