I love this app. It is very easy to use. The design of the app is very nice. There are big selection of laundries to choose from. The prices of laundries are reasonable and every customer for sure can find what he needs or the closest laundry to him/her. I’ll never bother to call any laundry now because I have Justclean in my phone. I can finish my order with few clicks without the need to talk on the phone with any one.

The app is annoying, they have probably never heard of user experience. Every time you open it, there is a useless ad for one of the laundry services. They tell you that they will send you a notification when their driver is on his way. That doesn’t happen, he just shows up at your door. UX aside, the customer service is atrocious. I submitted curtains for dry cleaning. They were perfectly intact when the Justclean employee picked them up. He refused to put them in a bag. The next day I receive a message telling me one of my curtains has a tear in it. The driver claims it wasn’t his fault. He also claims I did not offer him a bag which is a blatant lie. They don’t check the items on pickup for a reason, it’s easier to avoid responsibility this way and to blame it on the customer. You can only contact them via live chat or email. The live chat operators are incompetent and not really willing to solve an issue. This has been a terrible experience with an appallingly uncommitted company. Stay away from them! Edit: They answered this review and asked me to send an email to their customer service. I did that well over a month ago, describing the situation in great detail. There never was a reaction from them. So, the copy paste answers to every negative review are just smoke and mirrors, still one of the worst customer relations in the region.

So I paid to top up my wallet and then I am surprised that I cant pay for the company that washed my car and my money is stuck in the app and they keep asking me to pay for the car wash I booked. If any App company would use “common sense” it should either note the customer while topping up that you can’t pay all vendors using the wallet as per my knowledge you are the one paying the vendors anyway so what is the reason for not letting me pay this vendor using the wallet?! I moved to Saudi Arabia from Bahrain and not a single service accepts Wallet payment!!! Your product manager and UI/UX team should be fired for giving a terrible experience to your customers!! This spoils your company’s image as I see you who wants customers to pay and get stuck with the App.
