1. One time I had to reschedule and appointment because I was travelling. I received a voice call to confirm that my appointment was rescheduled, then they never showed up to the new appointment, and when I followed up they told me I used up my appointments and I don’t have an outstanding appointment. 2. I made another appointment for Ramadan and I know it was confirmed, and then when they didn’t show up customer service says the appointment was cancelled . 3. They close the ticket as soon as they give you their answer without giving you time to question or discuss what’s happening. So frustrating, such a waste of time. The few times that the housekeepers came they were lovely, and didn’t a great job, but customer service is terrible!

Unfortunately, it’s so sad to see how the whole system works when I make an appointment for homemade to come to the house and leave in such an extremely short time if I don’t respond to the call to inform me that they have arrived to the house. Sometimes people get randomly busy changing and talking care of their kids the moment they call to inform that they’re outside. Of course, no response they leave i got it. However I paid my amount for the visit.
