I had a bad experience with our cleaner. I booked a 4 hour clean and my house was not dirty. I mainly needed someone to dust and do the floors and bathrooms. I came home to find under the bed disgusting and the upper surfaces not wiped. She did not dust or use any of her “professional tools” to clean and she took all the change and money that was on dressers in the house. I tried to contact them and they said a rep will be with me in 2 min. 2 days later a rep responds and closes my ticket. They supposedly have a guarantee of service! I also tried again to open a ticket and it’s been over an hour and no rep has responded. I’m very disappointed. The stealing isn’t their fault but the fact that they have 0 responsiveness is insane.

I booked a massage yesterday and 15 minutes before the appointment, I was told the driver was running late and that I should reschedule. I did — for today — but then got another call saying the driver couldn’t find the location and had to leave because of other appointments. I rescheduled again for two hours later, and now the therapist is texting me saying the driver doesn’t want to come into the compound and I should go pick her up myself. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Three failed appointments, no proper coordination, and no respect for customers’ time. I definitely do not recommend this app unless they seriously improve their service and reliability.
