My regular cleaner was not well so we needed someone same day. On the other apps the availability was either next day or after a day. I was so happy that they could come over within an hour with a minimal additional charge of 5dhs. Will definitely use more services from this app.

One of the worst ever customer service i had to deal with , if there was an option to attach screenshots you would see how rude and lazy their customer support agent is.. if there was less than one star i would have definitely gave them -1 star

This was the first time for me to use them. The amount of care of each step of the process and looking for options to solve the issue was outstanding. I couldn’t believe that they have done the service in just 4 hours from my call and in the same day. I really command them and the application is very user friendly.
