Health at Hand: Online Doctor

Overall, I seriously regret not going through my normal telemedicine service with Kings thinking this was going to be faster and quicker The doctor I spoke with didn’t order the labs I needed. I had to review each lab request on my own and make sure it was correct. Then had to do multiple calls back. Then I come to notice the stool sample doesn’t include test for parasites. I also had to chase health at hand staff constantly for my reports, despite the lab saying they were ready. Also, h pylori and other tests aren’t included in the agreed tariff w the lab. These tests are always included at other hospitals. Plus the lab was closed for Eid. At other clinics, they know sickness doesn’t care about holidays. Such a waste of my time, and I would have definitely been well sooner had I gone elsewhere.

This app is such a life saver, it totally prevents me from either self medicating or having to go to an ever crowded ER or clinic. I get proper guidance as to what to do and what medications to take and how, through a video consultation with any of their doctors. It takes only a click to see a doctor who will ask some questions regarding whatever the problem is and do a quick video exam. The doctors are quite empathetic and caring and provide an immediate and detailed advice.

My son is running a fever and my daughter has a rash! This app is such a life saver. It’s so much easier to see a doctor at home than to run around the city with them. Super sweet doctor who helped answer all my questions and told me exactly the course to follow.
