Valeo Health: At-home Wellness

I had a very bad experience with this app. The customer service is poor and the delivery is even worse. I placed an order and waited for days just to get connected with a doctor for the prescription. I wasn’t contacted properly, and when I reached out to customer service they just told me to upload any document and they would “handle it” from their side. On top of that, the delivery experience was frustrating. The courier contacted me in the afternoon and it’s now 9:45 PM and the order still hasn’t arrived. The driver said he can deliver it “any time after 10 PM” as if I don’t have work, sleep, or a life. I’m expected to just sit and wait endlessly for the order. Overall, very disappointing experience.

I heard about this app via Instagram and I am so glad I subscribed to it! I was instantly connected with an amazing wellness coach who is so kind, clear precise and really has helped me make small yet effective changes in my diet and lifestyle. It’s so easy to use and the quality is incredible. Without Valeo I would never find a gifted life coach in UK while being in Dubai myself! Highly recommend!
