It’s been a loooong time since I’ve been employed by corporate America and I was pleasantly surprised to find that this one tool used to promote health amongst the workforce was actually…cool? (Albeit in a dorky way) Unfortunately it freezes or otherwise acts up on the regular, or rather the irregular, as I there is no rhyme nor reason as to what precipitates the malfunction. But logging back on is cumbersome, often taking several tries, and there is no indication what may not have been recorded pre-crash. So basically a big YES plus a pretty big BUT. Fix the wonky acting up and you’ve got an evangelist. I mean, between this and Oura, my numbers have demonstrably improved, which is the goal!
Why do i need to use a mobile app to log and PC to set up trackers? Some people might not have a PC to set up such trackers. Just have the mobile platform be able to do all tasks needed to set up and participate. And having to input your employee id for tasks completed through the app seems redundant since we had to use that id to set up the app. The former company tracking software was much easier to use on the mobile platform and no need for a pc. Please make the mobile app as accessable as much as the pc platform.
The old version of the app was limited as far as functionality, but this latest iteration is great because I can now do almost everything I currently do on the desktop site. I personally love being able to track my rewards and goals while on the go - super handy! The Caught Ya feature is still in there, and it’s probably my favorite part of the app because I can interact with my colleagues and we keep each other accountable while working from home. I’m impressed!
