If the only thing this app is good for is a meal plan, then that can be printed off and given to the Client. If the Personal Trainer refuses to use it, or tells the Client that they don’t need to complete the corrective exercises given, or never once gives any further instruction about the app on how to use it and what to do, then the app is worthless.
