I have two kids who use this app. My son’s information just disappeared out of the app one day (name, appointments, ability to do Telehealth), and now the login credentials I know are correct aren’t working. When I clicked “I can’t log in,” I got an email with a link to follow to reset my password. The link took me right back to the login page. This app is literally useless to me.

I couldn’t have my appointment with my doctor tonight because the app kept crashing. I tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, logging in and out and nothing would make it stop crashing. Hoping we can use a different platform next time so I’m not stressed before my appointment.

If I could give one star, I would. Physician never showed for the appt. I waited with the app open for 45 mins. There’s no actual phone number to dial so everything is done via chat. I sent a message stating physician has not shown up and it took 3 hours to get a response, by which time I had already used a different service, seen the physician, and had prescriptions called in. The chat response I received after 3 hours was automated and I was told my money would not be refunded because it is expected that you wait for up to 4 hours for the physician in case he/she is running behind. Needless to say I will not be using this service again. Terrible.
