Keystone First Mobile

I downloaded the app and thought great mobile access to my benefits. The only issue is every time I login I get a screen that shows my name and birthday, but then the app errors out. Their customer service keeps hanging up on me so I figured I would leave this review.

You have to change your instructions to let everyone know when entering member identification don’t insert the first 3 letters

Don’t know what happened! Used to work. Wasn’t great but it was helpful. Especially when I needed a copy of my card…helped me countless times. Just gonna have to figure out how to get one on my phone now. App keeps saying I’m locked out. But I’m fine on the web. I’ve called & ive emailed about it. A shame, it WAS pretty convenient for me. I’m not the only one whose having the identical issue….so it’s clearly an app problem. Oh well…was helpful while it lasted.
