I just want to say a huge thank you to the entire team at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) in Chalfont for taking such wonderful care of my seven-year-old son today. This morning, my son had surgery to remove a cyst from his face, right between his eye and nose, on his cheek. We had been waiting for this surgery and finally it’s done. At first, we didn’t know exactly what it was, so after seeing his dermatologist, we were referred to a specialist in plastic surgery to Dr. Low. After all the examinations, they confirmed that it was a cyst that needed to be removed as it could potentially get bigger. From the moment we arrived, everyone was absolutely lovely. Starting with the receptionist, who was so sweet and welcoming, and continuing with the whole medical team — every single person made us feel comfortable and reassured. A very special thank you to Miss Lisa, Miss Chloe and Christina in the recovery room. You were absolutely brilliant and so kind with my son. And a very special thank you to Dr Low, who performed the surgery. He was incredibly professional, explained everything so clearly, answered all of our questions and, most importantly, took such wonderful care of my son. We are truly grateful. Thank you so much to Mr Kha, the anaesthetist, for looking after my son so well and helping everything go smoothly. As a mother, leaving your child to have surgery is never easy. Knowing that your child is in the hands of such caring, professional and compassionate people makes all the difference. Thank you, CHOP from the bottom of my heart, for looking after my son and for everything you do for children and their families. ❤️ We are so grateful for every person who helped us today. Thank you all. ❤️

My wife and I can’t say enough about everyone in Chops system from the front desk to the anesthesiologist especially the doctor and all the nurses each exceeded the next with their hospitality their demeanor . During a rough time, they were still able to put smiles on our face While informing us of everything . It was all sincere which if asked before I would have thought not possible . Truly my family and I just want to say thank you so much for everything

In May my child had to be transferred from a local hospital to CHOP in Phila because of a very bad infection he had. He spent five days in the hospital. While there, I switched all of his doctors to being CHOP doctors because of his need for different specialties. Prior to being with CHOP, he was with Drs from 2 different practices, plus his pediatrician. Switched because it made more sense to have the same organization/practice for all. Most importantly, ALL of the CHOP doctors, as well as the staff at the hospital and in the offices, are awesome. They take such great care of you & are so caring. They promptly reply when you call with any problems, even after hours and on the weekends or holidays. They notify you immediately when test results are in. Usually the same day or the next day. it is super easy to use the app. everything is very nicely laid out and easy to find what you need. I highly recommend CHOP and the app.
