I’d like to provide some feedback on your IOS mobile app. While I find it to be one of the better designed apps for provider and hospital practices, my one and only complaint is the use of the Face ID feature. In order for this to engage (once it’s turned on in settings), the end user has to touch the Face ID icon on the login page. This is an unnecessary step. If Face ID is engaged, the feature should automatically launch when the end user enters the login page. If this can be fixed (as I consider this to be a defect from a usability aspect). And in the event the Face ID doesn’t recognize the user, then it should default to user name/password

This app was amazing and gave me quick access to my medical information whenever it was needed. Not having to know my password thanks to fingerprint was very very helpful for someone who has memory problems. Sadly it seems like my phone is no longer supported with the newest update, rendering this app useless to me now. I relied too much on this app to help me live day to day and keep in contact with my health care providers and reach my health information and updated medications. Now I feel lost and even more confused. I feel stupid for being stuck in a loop for so long of trying to log in, being redirected to a new version, having my phone tell me it is updated to the best of its abilities and to retry opening the app then trying to log in again and being redirected to the store to update then being told it's updated and to open the app then log in using my fingerprint only to be redirected. Thank you for this app and thank you for taking the time to read this. It used to make my life much easier to manage

With this app, I can easily see my medical records. I also can see most of what the doctors see. I see all my (recent from when my doctor started recording to MyChart,) doctor visit notes, medication and test results. The test result includes the ability to see the test data including X-Rays, sonogram, etc. It is also useful if you wanted to review your medical records with a third party also for second opinion, or you want to see your relative’s condition. The patient often does not understand or remembers the details. One note, the data is only as good as what your doctor and medical team is willing to enter the data to MyChart. It has been getting better over the years. How deep you want to review the data is up to the user desire and understanding. The weakest part for me is messaging the doctor’s. Not all doctors responds promptly. I use the iPad App and it is nicer than using the web page, hopefully it is more secure using FaceID to log in.
