This brand new app is designed to help seniors improve their balance and prevent falls. The daily exercises take about 5 minutes to complete and combine easy balance exercises with mental exercises, which are done at the same time. The mental exercises range from memory challenges to to word games to simple math problems and trivia. There are options for varying levels of difficulty. This program is easy to follow and fun.

I initially started this app to help maintain or improve my balance. I find it offered a nice progression from simple to more challenging balance activities. I was pleasantly surprised that it also challenges my reaction time and cognitive skills with the dual activities. I look forward to each of my training sessions. The app provides good feedback and I am making progress each week.

I truly love nymbl training. My worst cognitive areas are history and TV stars because I’ve never been into TV that much and I am not in the know about historical events as My background prevented me from that part of education. One of my biggest problem is that, I’m trying to answer the questions while racing against the timer. Not much thinking time. but don’t change anything. I need this practice!
