Can only access my anthem account thru the app, and can only integrate my old Kaiser permanente Southern California insurance thru the website- I currently cannot do both. This app works as well as American private insurance, it seems if you have the right plan at the right place it’s great but if not it’s as useful as a kettle made of ice cubes. The customer support in app is just a blank feedback form, no way to clarify any kind of issue or what kind of way to best be reached back. Very frustrating to my particular situation.

Coming from Athem Bluecross blueshield insurance app, sydney. It won't even allow me to sign in with my Athem account, so why do you provide that option in the app? Okay, i signed up a separate account and want to connect my Athem account to it, and guess what? The Anthem isn't in the provider list! So why the hell do you claim it works with Anthem and provide log in option in your app which is not even works in the back end? Waste user's time and collect all personal info for nothing.
