Why hasn't this been fixed? I really have no reason to keep this app on my phone. I have updated it every chance and still not working.. a year later. Frustrating

It does not recognize some documents so the camera will not activate at all. I had to separately add the delegation document by taking a photo image then transferring it to my computer to create a pdf then transfer it back to my phone to upload to the app. It was complicated. I also had a pharmacy prescription that it did not want to take a photo of the full page…it kept narrowing down to just the text. Otherwise, a great app and very useful!!

Pourquoi creer des app électroniques où la confirmation d adhésion se fait par courrier? Faire du digital et s’appuyer du papier pour des histoires de sécurité (il y a d autres moyens de mettre en place) Et devoir attendre. Dommage
