Also wenn man mal die ersten Schritte gemacht hat mit der App dann ist sie echt gut. Was einfach fehlt ist ein Brief von Helsana und ein Training weil jede App von jeder Institution ist immer wieder anders und bis man mal rausgefunden wie es geht kann man leicht frustriert aufgeben. Also liebe helsana ermuntert eure Kunden cicht nur zum App herunterladen sondern macht auch einen Workshop wie die funktioniert
