Prev app wouldn’t let transaction process id parking wasn’t allowed at that time. It’s even told me in past when it was FREE parking when I went to pay. Now, app happily takes $ REGARDLESS of parking rules! The level in which NYC has gotten re: grimey nickel & dime tactics has reached new heights. App GLADLY takes ur $, processes the transaction, gives you the countdown and even notifies you when time is almost up-WHETHER PARKING IS ALLOWED OR NOT! And IF parking is NOT allowed, EVEN W TIME TO SPARE there is a 99.9% chance that u will be greeted w/an officer writing u a $95 PARKING TICKET!!! So basically, I just PAID to park somewhere that I was NOT actually ALLOWED to park (& I was only 10Min!) AND now have to pay an ADDITIONAL $95 bc I was ALLOWED to PAY to park somewhere that I was NOT ACTUALLY ALLOWED to park! Real GRIMEY. $100 to run into store to buy a $4.99 box of saltines. AWESOME!

Your thieves. This was a miracle app it was amazing. Until you started charging an extortion fee of 20 cents every time we use it. There is so many extortion fees in this city for reasons that are not necessary. You have the NYPD chasing around mentally ill people for stealing food because they are hungry but you are stealing millions and millions of dollars every year from your hard working citizens. The concept of government is a joke we need to stop paying the majority of the taxes we are paying. We are funding our own slavery and torture. The level of stupidity is astronomical. The more we pay taxes the bigger and more abusive you get. You are criminals and the police that protect you are aiding and abetting you. This comes from the bottom of my heart. Gets more abusive by the day. Thank god for the second amendment. The speed cameras are extremely abusive. You the government are a reflection of the large majority of the people your comprised of… Hateful, spiteful, selfish bums that live off of tax money. Please set the speed cameras higher they should be set to at least 41. You have turned this city into a socialist/communist s-hole. Have a nice day. You should be put in jail the system is a joke. Smart criminals go to office and dumb ones go to jail. Just going around in circles all day making money off of each others misery and never really solving problems. Judges and officials don't be proud some of you are good but most of you are degenerates hiding behind the concept of government. Its a criminal organization and a gang.

Why, why did you change? Old app was so easy and intuitive and in easy readable font. Payment could be charged to Apple store credit card. New release changed all of the above to make it much worse. It’s not intuitive. Who come up with sick idea to have a map. And once you enter parking Id it’s start telling and suggest parking address at the expense of the field where one has to enter parking if. This field is so small and stuck at the bottom so one need magnifying glsss to see what number you typed in. Now, I run out of funds and system wants me to type credit card info. it’s inconvenient to enter card info into the phone - you hold card in one hand, phone in another snd you need a third arm to type. I can not charge to Apple store credit card in automatic fashion the way it used to be. So instead, now I have to go back to the parking station and pay with credit card. You forced me to go back to use the credit card as opposed to NYC parking app. Even ewallet does not give you an option to charge apple store credit card.! Royal screw up! I will keep on using credit card and walk to parking payment and wait for the next release . Hopefully it will undo all these awful changes. Good luck!
