Title: Unfair Dispatch System and Poor Manager Behavior Toward Drivers I have worked with this company and feel disappointed with how drivers are treated. The scheduling system may look organized, but in reality it often sends trip requests that are very far away, sometimes 5 to 6 miles just for pickup. After accepting the ride, it can show 25 to 30 minutes pickup time, which wastes the driver’s time, fuel, and energy. In many cases, the fare amount is not reasonable compared to the long pickup distance. Drivers may need to drive several miles to pick up the passenger, then only receive a short drop-off trip of 1 to 3 miles. This creates frustration and makes it hard for drivers to earn fairly. Another serious issue is management behavior. Some employees are polite and helpful, but the managers often speak disrespectfully and treat drivers badly when concerns are raised. Drivers deserve respect because they are the ones keeping the service running. The company should improve its dispatch system so drivers are matched with closer passengers and receive fair trip offers. Management should also learn to communicate professionally and treat drivers with respect. Without drivers, the company cannot succeed.

The team in control of the doctor protests to work better with me. The drivers do very badly. This is the worst company I've ever worked for, they are racist and a lot of discrimination and the president is very rude and ignorant who treat drivers like their slaves. And they have a terrible system and when the system did something wrong they blame the driver I had a problem with the system about one of the trips and the system automatically cancels it, but they say I'm the one I canceled and what I was trying to explain to them they wouldn't listen to me and the bus was screaming as if he had no respect and they don't pay really well they will take advantage of the drivers and they have no respect for the driver everything that happens they blame him for driving and they will never listen to what the driver says or explains

You don’t paid well in unfavorable weather conditions. For example other apps have surge during bad weather, icy, rainy, windy also during heavy traffic. Another thing some times when you arrive at the pick up address and you call the rider he/she told you that they left the location despite that you call the dispatcher and he told you to wait for 5 minutes to get 5$ for no show and this doesn’t worth your driving to the pick up address and waiting 5 additional minutes.
