You don’t paid well in unfavorable weather conditions.
For example other apps have surge during bad weather, icy, rainy, windy also during heavy traffic.
Another thing some times when you arrive at the pick up address and you call the rider he/she told you that they left the location despite that you call the dispatcher and he told you to wait for 5 minutes to get 5$ for no show and this doesn’t worth your driving to the pick up address and waiting 5 additional minutes.

This is the worst company that I have ever worked for they are racist and alot of discrimination and the boss is very very rude and ignorant they treat the drivers like their slaves. And they have a horrible system and when did system do something wrong they blame it to the driver I had to problem with the system about one of the trip and the system automatically cancel it, but they say I’m the one who canceled it and what I was trying to explain to them they won’t listen to me and the bus was yelling like he has no respect and they don’t really pay good they will take advantage of the drivers and they have no respect for the driver everything happen they blam it to the drive and they will never listen to what the driver have to say or explain

1. When a new trip is available it doesn’t make any sound, so basically you have to look at the screen all the time, if you blink you miss the opportunity. I looked straight 10 minutes, now my eyes hurt. Who's idea was this??
2. On profile page, at the bottom it always shows update app even if there is no new updates available
3. Most of the time even if there is no trip on the ‘book’ page it shows 1
And can you guys change the going offline sound? Its a losing sound from old games, it creates a psychological response of losing everytime you go offline, not good for a driver
