Pathetic is an understatement. I booked an appointment and got the appointment ID and booking confirmation, which I took a screenshot of. Later on when I check the app, I do not see my appointment. When I call up the helpline, I am told that it was never booked in the first place and that there is an issue with the app. What kind of pathetic response is this. Why are you allowing such a failed app on the App Store in the first place. I had to go to another hospital finally, which had a better appointment management system, than this failed place. Please avoid the app and the place

Reports are very important and we are not able to view the reports. Now a days it’s basic feature in all the hospital apps

App is very user friendly and doing great, try to rectify minor bugs we are not able to view report from reports section as we are able to view from website.
