Sometimes the home page will not finish loading so I can log in. And other times it just stays on the same page after I enter the information and click enter. I don’t know what’s going on but it needs to be fixed.

They offer you pay on demand but it has not been available for a week and no one can provide answers to why your personal hard earned funds are not available. I been getting told it’s a technical system error and to Check back tomorrow around 12 noon for a week now as I’m stranded over 2 hours away from home because of where I work just to not have access to any funds. So not only am I stranded but I’m suffering and starving because I can’t access any of the funds that I’m currently working for. This is ridiculous as no one can explain why it’s been so long and why my funds are not even able to be viewed!! Livid and disgusted with this site!! I would never recommend this to anyone and I look forward to finding new employment. They are basically withholding funds and I’m surely reporting this to the labor board

I cannot login into the app because it states incorrect password when I always been login in the same way for the past two years, it does not gives me the option to change password either.
