Was able to log into this app on day 1. Since then I get the can’t connect to server error message. Tried all the usual things. Nothing! Works fine when using the website to access my account.

This product is worthless and I wish my company would leave this product and use something else. Picks you out often, frequently does not work, PTO is always messed up and the desktop version often does not recognize your login and password. Good luck if you have to use this product.

My friend and I both have the IOS 15.1 version on our iPhones. It gives an error as of lately (for both of us) saying wrong User ID and Password. But nothing has changed with the login information. I can’t do the App Support because it asks for email and password which I do not have. I access it through my job with our individualized login information which for each individual was not set up with email (that I know of) but through our HR department. When I got this phone it worked great. Now it does not work at all. And there is no app update for it to do. Please Help!
