I have opted for Fabricspa based on App Store reviews but I totally regret it. They did not come for collection during the mentioned slot. After rescheduling couple of times finally a guy came to collect my clothes. When I asked for his suggestion on service on few delicate clothes he could not answer and seemed clueless. Based on my understanding I asked him to do dry cleaning for my dresses. After couple of days one of their staff members called and informed me my “skirt” will get ruined if I do dry clean. I told her may be she is confused with someone else as none my clothes have any skirt. Then she kept rambling skirt, blouse but could not describe what was the type. Finally when she sent pic I realised it was one of my dresses. I asked her do not do anything for all my 3 dresses as she did not sound confident about which service will be good for them. And finally when remaining clothes are ready for delivery I selected delivery slot but did not receive my clothes. Followed with customer care multiple times, they assured me that I will get the delivery on the same day but still no one turned up. I am still waiting for my clothes!! And as they were not sure what service will bd best suited for remaining clothes they just blindly dry cleaned and put the high charges in the bill!! WORST EXPERIENCE!!
