This company will take your money, will NOT honor their own cancellation policy, and refuse to correct their mistakes. Customer support acknowledged that I submitted my cancellation request, which I most certainly did within 30 days to avoid additional charges, yet they charged me again. When I contacted their support team, they stated that I said I requested to cancel because I said I was having issues with the app (what I stated was that I wanted to cancel after the trial because I was unable to use the app. I never said I was having issues with the app.) Apparently they offered me assistance, however I have no record of an email, but since I did not respond they did not grant my request to cancel. As a result, I was charged again. They have refused to refund me based on their cancellation policy. Yet there is nothing in their cancellation policy that states if you request cancellation, they do not have to cancel your subscription if they offer you assistance. Nor does their cancellation policy state that if you do not respond to their questions about your cancellation request that they will not cancel your subscription. It simply states if you don’t want to incur an additional monthly charge, you must submit cancellation request 30 days prior to billing cycle. This is exactly what I did. I imagine they make quite a surplus on this scam. Make sure when you submit your cancellation that they indeed cancelled your subscription.

I have been using Brain Tap meditations for about two months now and have to say that I love it. I have been setting my mind to complete at least 3 meditations every day. If I sometimes miss certain days I certainly try to catch up the next day. I believe that this practice will help me calm and rebalance over the coming weeks and months so that by the point of one year, I will definitely experience some marked results. In the last 6 weeks or so, I have been focusing on improved sleep with Dr. Ross Carter and I must say, I have been already experiencing deeper sleep all the way through the night. I look forward to writing another testimonial in a few months with my continuous improvement reports. Thank you Brain Tap for such a wonderful contribution into my life. Milushe JK

UPDATE - The new content using Rife frequency combined with Delta is the best before bed practice. I’ve had the most rejuvenating sleep and wake up SO refreshed! I would love to see more Rife frequencies used especially for pain relief. The quality of the new content released every month makes this app more and more valuable. ORIGINAL REVIEW - I use my BrainTap primarily for sleep and stress management. When I find myself in negative patterns of thinking, I’ll use a session to refocus on positive thought patterns. This has also helped with staying focused on healthy habits like drinking water and exercise. I’d love to see more Christ centered content. More scripture based sessions to renew the mind would be very appreciated. Also, it would be nice to have an option to bring your own worship music into the app and have the lights coordinate for different outcomes - for drifting off to sleep or meditative and focus states.
