My prescriptions are rarely ready on time, regardless of when I submit a refill request via the app. It’s so bad that today I finally just asked the pharmacist if I should even use the app for refills and she flat out said no.
As for the rest of the app, it’s not particularly user friendly.

The button for “shop online” just opens a page in web browser. Immediately deleted as that was the only reason I downloaded. Might be helpful for other things like prescriptions or points, but I really can’t say.

Can’t add my card to Apple Wallet because of a glitch. “Add” button goes too far up the screen and behind the battery icon making it unclickable.
