PayU Payments for Business

Do not make any transactions with them . They will keep sending you expired links for your refund but would never give your money back . They are in association with adidas like brands and are scamming such large population . They will keep you hanging for your every single payment and refunds. Despite you giving them upi details and even after verification they would not give you ur money . It has been 1 month and I have got 4 times pay u link for same refund . When you click on it it does not open ever . It was one payment and they will harass you like u owe them money . Worst people. There is no way to contact them . They have that stupid robin robot answering machine which has just 3 options . They don’t give their email or contact number . Nothing . Please save yourself from these scammers. I hope they suffer horribly for cheating innocent people and hope this payu goes bankrupt and shuts down

PayU has been accountable for holding my monies of over 1 lakh INR since a month on a fully functioning account. Suddenly one fine day payU decides that my verification is incomplete - and they start holding my monies —- and I’ve given all possible documents to them yet there’s no update. I researched and came to know, payU has been holding settlements of many people specially small enterprises. They also DONT have any customer support where you can call and clear issues. You just keep raising tickets and no one gets back to you ever , literally. I’ve switched to razorPay now and they are really efficient and effective, also have a genuine customer support system. PayU is literally running a fraud it seems

Pls add support for following 1. unable to copy customer details like email, phone, address from the transaction details. The copy text option does not appear. 2. We use payu buttons on iur website which has many fields. Also all the fields on the button should be visible in the transaction details in the app. Otherwise we have to go to website and see what details customer has filled.
