UPDATE: After posting the review of 1* they have resolved my issue successfully. appreciate it and changing my star rating. 20,000 rs didnt came out of atm, i send proof with receipts and support team keeps saying same thing pls wait your ticket is being dealt with department and there is no department its been 10days the atm was from yes bank they said its already credited back to your bank account, as its auto fetched within 24hrs, but roarbank / unity bank, are holding my hard earned money!! bills are there to pay for common people they dont understand at all if it was their credit its other thing but this money was in savings account!!! there is no bank in india whoch takes 10-15 days to resolve simple refund and there is no positive response from support team whatsapp support is worst they knew why i am contacting they dont even reply to you, call ... more worst! scripted response it ll be resolved but no fix time everytime when you push them they say 3days but 3rd day never comes never i am tired of this if anyone is seeing this and have issue resolved by legal action or other way kindly help me i need my money!

I have been facing issues for more than 2 months. The app is not opening, my card was blocked, and I had no access to a replacement card for a long time. I contacted support multiple times through Instagram and WhatsApp, but there was no proper resolution. Because the app does not work, I was unable to check my account or pay my credit card bill on time. Despite repeated follow-ups, I only received generic responses saying the issue was forwarded to the technical team. I have multiple credit cards from other banks, and I have never experienced this level of delay and poor support. This has been extremely frustrating.

I got only 5K limit despite paying the credit usage on time. I hold around 16k on Slice and 22k on Simpl, all of which I have been paying back on time. Slice actively keeps adjusting the limit based on repayment and usage. The only reason why I like Roar is because of the repayment timeline. Or else, I’m not a very big fan of the app. It’s half-baked. Lots of features are missing, and I had an issue the first time I tried to repay.
