vCard – Mobile Credit Card

I try to transfer money from my vCard to one upi and since last 10 days am not able to do that inspite of having limit.. 3-4 days back I approach customer care on their WhatsApp they ask me to share screenshot and all now today is 4th day am still facing the same problem and customer care is doing nothing .. same thing they want me to send on mail now .. to my surprise they don’t even bother to revert for hours I don’t understand what’s the problem and above all they deduct my 200 rs in last 3 days without me even transferring Fund .. tired of your customer care …seriously they don’t even deserve one Star after talking to customer care he told me it will resolve by EOD but now 3 EOD passers till so far still getting the errors 345 and above all there customer care don’t even respond … planning to pay their balance amount n close this app

The best app I never seen from any others. Really impressed and liked this app. I'm Using this app from almost a year now and liked so much and I saved lot of money. The idea which brings by Vcard is pay the money to others from credit card without any transaction charges that too using UPI .. very nice and impressed again. I personally recommending this app to all the credit card members. Many people don't know about this app, so requesting Vcard team to bring the Ad's up to the speed. And bring more offers and ideas. All the very best development team and the management.

By the way this app works and its support associate communicates, this looks like a free time or part time project of some start up company. If RBL Bank is serious anout this card offering, they should make significant investment in the IT infrastructure for this mobile application. If the bank is also taking this as an experiment, they better stop spending further budget on advertising this as this business is not going to last for long given the customer experience I am having for the past three months. Rating it 1 * since there is no 0 * option.
