RevFin is a digital lending platform that allows individual users to apply for loans. All loans are issued through Aristo Securities Private Limited (a Non-Banking Finance Company, NBFC, regulated by the RBI), a subsidiary of Revfin Services Private Limited (Revfin). Through the app, a user can: - Apply for a loan with us - Get a decision on their loan application - Sign and complete all documentation required for their loan - View all information about their loan including amount outstanding, monthly repayments, etc. - Request services like loan top-ups, updating details, etc. - Participate in our unique reward scheme All loans are subject to local regulation, customer status, and affordability.

Products We Offer:

1. Electric Three/Two-Wheeler Loan: Our Electric Three/Two-Wheeler is a closed ended credit product. With this loan, you borrow a fixed sum of money from us and repay it back in equal monthly installments over the term of the loan. We charge interest on the amount lent and apply fees/charges. This loan is only available through our approved dealerships.

Product Details:

o Loan Amount: Maximum Rs. 2,65,000 or up to 90% of Vehicle On-road Price. Minimum Rs. 40,000

o Loan Term: 3-36 Months

o Interest Rate: Up to 14% Flat Interest Rate OR 25% (Annualized Reducing Rate)

2. Personal Loan: Our Personal Loan is a closed ended short term credit product. With this loan, you borrow a fixed sum of money from us and repay it back in equal monthly installments over the term of the loan. We charge interest on the amount lent and apply fees/charges.

Product Details:

o Loan Amount: Maximum Rs. 10,00,000. Minimum Rs. 10,000

o Loan Term: 3-60 Months

o Interest Rate: Up to 13.5% Flat Interest Rate OR 24% (Annualized Reducing Rate)

Representative Example:

If ₹1,00,000 borrowed for 21 months, with interest rate @25% reducing per annum or @14%(flat), a user would pay:

Processing fee = ₹3,000 (It may vary depending on the product selected by the customer)

Interest = ₹24,487/-

EMI = ₹5,928/-

Total amount to be repaid = ₹1,24,487/-
