LazyPay: Loan App & Pay Later

I’ve used Lazypay multiple times without any issues until recently when I missed a payment of only 3000 due to being hospitalized. Instead of understanding or offering some leniency, Lazypay turned into the worst kind of loan shark imaginable. They bombarded me with calls, 15-20 times a day! To add insult to injury, they charged me an additional 500 for the late payment. No respect for personal situations, no empathy, just harassment over a mere 3000 plus their ridiculous penalty. After getting discharged from the hospital, I paid the amount to finally stop the harassment. Right after, I permanently deleted my account. I will never use Lazypay again in my life, and I will make sure to warn everyone I know against using this service. Developers, please don’t bother with sympathetic replies to my review; you act like babies when it comes to account deletion but transform into mafia-like collectors when it’s time to get your payment. Their customer service is non-existent, and the app interface is clunky and unhelpful. If you’re considering using Lazypay for their paylater service, think twice! They treat you like a criminal over one missed payment, not considering life’s unpredictability. This is by far the worst app and service I’ve ever encountered. Avoid Lazypay unless you want to deal with a mafia-like collection service over a small amount and get slapped with exorbitant charges.

So I gave a positive review to LazyPay but then here is what happened. When I tried to pay the amount to lazypay using my credit card and debit card it just opens up a window called transaction network services and says my browser should be configured to accept all cookies. Which it is, it’s a iphone and by default accepts cookies. So every time i try to pay this happens. I finally complained to lazypay using their app and several days later I get a ring today and says I have been charged 30 extra for late payment. To me 30 is not that big a deal but the very fact that if I would have used my credit card for payments I wouldn’t have had to pay that extra at all and the hassle tht I went through to pay the amount back and also that no one really looked at the complaint makes me think that I will have trouble using this in the future. I just paid it using google pay right now but I don’t think its good for me to use a payment service whose customer service is a bit dodgy. So from 5stars to two stars annnnd Uninstalling.

You know guys.i can’t die with hunger because I am having LazyPay my father’s pocket when I need money for food .just Ineed to login fp/zomato/swiggy/ n I ll get my food love u team . But yaar There is one big issue with your customer service team there was no response from last 1.5 month I have raised multiple tickets/mail but till now no reply ‘’ wrong email is updated in my account so I have requested for correction. And what you have Shown pictures in App Store for KYC page n for loan but in my app nothing like that .i am able to avail loan service . For KYC I have clicked multiple time in your add but after clicking just opened my app nothing else . I am using latest version in iOS . I hope you guys will take seriously this feedback and will work on it. And please add Uber eat n any cab app
