Cashfree Payments Business App

I’m extremely happy with my experience using Cashfree Payment Gateway. When no other payment gateway was willing to approve my account, Cashfree stepped in and onboarded me without any hassle. Thanks to them, I was able to kickstart my online business and start accepting payments smoothly. Their support has been reliable, the integration process was seamless, and the overall platform is user-friendly. I’m genuinely grateful to Cashfree for believing in new businesses like mine!

These days, the app logs out every three days, and each time I have to re-enter all my credentials to log in again. It's really irritating and time-consuming. It defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place. Want a more formal or casual tone?

Fraud Transaction worth Rs 1,18,000 was done on my Credit Card and the Payment Gateway used for the transactions was of Cashfree. I am trying to contact Cashfree since 2 months and they are not giving proper replies on emails and their Grievance officer is not at all answering calls. I have already done Cyber Crime Complaint and the Police needed statements of Merchant for their investigation and Cashfree isn’t providing them. Interest is being charged to me everyday. Cashfree has worst Customer resolution team. They do not care if you are being a victim or you are suffering.
