As someone who has experienced many different apps for working with trainers, this one has absolutely seemed the simplest for me. Tracking, awesome recipes, shopping list, easy to follow workout section….and a great coaching experience. Couldn’t ask for more! Can’t wait to see what else is rolled out the next few months.

This has been awesome for my fitness journey. it’s so easy to use and tracks my progress really well. Compared to a few other apps I’ve used I feel like it’s way more advanced. Totally recommend giving it a shot!
