Telhio Mobile Banking

this bank was alright at first. Phenomenal even. But then I had deposited a check that was faulty, without my knowledge of it being faulty until after I had deposited it. I’ve now been locked out for several weeks. I’ve gone into a branch and attempted to fix the issue, but they said to wait on their “higher ups” to approve the request. So, I waited. Now it’s saying I need to change my password, I have the wrong credentials, they couldn’t find my account, etc. The list goes on. I have called and done so several times, but I still cannot get into my account and calling them to solve this issue has been of no help. After I resolve this (if I even can), Im switching to a different bank. Telhio has been one of the worst banks I’ve worked with.

I never had any issue when my checking is in low balance, it automatically withdraws from my savings.. and charged me $35 fee. What kind of bank charge you when there’s enough funds on my bank. My other bank Wells Fargo never charged us fee, or they will just get the funds from my savings. Telohio has more charges/fee than what we owe them

*update* The alerts issue appears to have been fixed. I am again getting consistently notified when money comes into or leaves my checking account. Thank you very much. As a banking app it works just fine. What I have an issue with are the alerts or should I say lack of them. I have alerts set to notify me of any transactions occurring on my checking account. Until a major update last year they worked just fine. Now, I never get an alert until I have to sign in to the app to see why I haven't been notified of a scheduled deposit or withdrawal. As soon as I sign in I get a flood of alerts for every transaction on the account since the last time I signed in. What kind of crap is this? It sort of defeats the purpose of an alert when you don't get it until you sign on to check why you didn't get an alert in the first place. Someone could hack my account and drain it dry and I wouldn't know it for days . Great security feature you got there Telhio. Major fail that I've notified them of several times and nothing is ever done. If you can't even get that right how really effective is the rest of your security or banking processes? For that reason alone I'm looking for another place to keep my money.
