WOAI 4 Zone Weather

I use VoiceOver on my iPhone and your latest format change on your screen is more difficult for me to use. Also, and I consider this very important, when I click on the Alerts button, there is a change in the map, but there is no text or voice description of what the alert is. Very very inconsiderate of all the vision impaired people in your forecast area who need to know about these alerts just as much or maybe even more than normally sighted individuals who can drive their own vehicles or seek shelter quickly. I would even go so far to say that not giving us a way to immediately access possible life-threatening weather conditions borders on negligent. I am so tired of writing app developers and telling them not to leave us out when they consider who is going to use their app. Also, as other reviewers have said, you do not keep your app up-to-date. The daily forecast doesn’t match the hourly forecast and you don’t update it when a new forecast is issued. Also, at this very minute, there is an alert sound of some kind on my television but there is no way to know what the weather alert says. I am pretty sure that it is a weather alert, but it is only displayed on a ticker tape that is not read out loud. I checked the weather app on my phone, and there is no text description of what the alert might be. Shame on you. You are a big enough company and you are providing a weather service that is supposed to be for everyone, not just normal people. Everybody is going to probably be saying wow this is a really severe review, but there’s no way to provide feedback for your app so I have to do it here. Even in your Help section on the app, there is no way to provide feedback.

I have tried many of the weather apps, and this one is the best one. I like being able to see the radar, and get notifications for bad weather to prepare. This one is FREE and works amazing!

Love the app. Most accurate weather app. However, there are differences in temperature forecasts within the app for the same day. Hourly temp function shows highs and lows that are different than the Daily temp function for the same day. Even within the Daily function there is differences in temp high and low. The summary function temp high and low does not match the temps in the detailed description for the same day. For example, hourly function low temp shows 42, but daily function summary shows 38 as tonight’s low. The daily function detailed description shows 39 as the low. So is the low temp for tonight going to be 42, 39, or 38?
