I was a loyal TWC app user for many year not because they were great but because I disliked them the least. Based on their changes in 2025, and your improvements later in 2025 I switch over to your app. I like the changes in format and layout. It launches quickly, due to better font size, I can read the relevant data without my glasses and minimal scrolling needed. I just wish the current day high/low showed up with the current temperature as to get that I have to look down at the daily horizontal bar. While I really like the horizontal hourly and daily data which again minimizes scrolling, trying to scroll horizontally on the hourly temp opens the vertical scroll way too easy which means the dealing with the ads and extra info I don’t need. That aside, nice changes!

This is a great app the bad reviews are from old fixed bugs and people that don’t understand how to properly use the app only issue is the ads that sometimes play during severe warnings which for me is whatever I have dozens of other apps, but it’s a bit annoying for people that are trying to get quick information on a storm headed their way. Another thing I will say is that y’all please don’t use this app for your forecast locally in your town/house if you don’t live in Austin because the temperatures forecasted/cloud cover is for Austin unless you live in a few spots out in the Hill Country where it treats it like as if those areas aren’t part of KXAN viewing area and it’s just the generic TWC Info for those spots but do use it for the rain coverage coverage % it’s for area wide not just Austin proper.

I’ve enjoyed using this app for several years now. I like checking on weather conditions where my sons live. Whether good or bad. Lately the delete location option is missing. The only options are: Enable notifications (which I’ve done), Nickname, pinpoint and move to the top. Please restore the delete location option. People move and I don’t like keeping a location that I’m no longer interested in. An update might be useful.
